Bays Investment Corp is a privately owned real estate management company specializing in tenant placement within one of our numerous commercial buildings.
Bays Investments purchases commercial real estate and residential homes for the purpose of renovating, developing, and leasing.
Bays Investments handles all leasing, renovation, and relocation for its tenants. We even offer FREE relocation within the general vicinity of our buildings.
All our properties are personally owned, operated and managed, which allows for a personal relationship between Lessor and Lessee and a one on one relationship with us.
Our team consists of numerous skilled general maintenance technicians, along with specialty trades in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. We have a highly trained office team that is able to assist with all tenant needs. We take pride in our long-term relationships with our tenants and the ability to service them in a timely manner.
