Job Description
Primary responsibility is to analyze, troubleshoot and maintain high speed manufacturing equipment. 
Duties:
• Troubleshoot, adjust, maintain and repair high speed production equipment
• Maintain and adjust camera's monitoring production lines
• Perform PM procedures on production and facility equipment
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using measuring and testing instruments
• Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments
• Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Job Requirements:
• Two or four year technical degree in electronics, mechanical or industrial machines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an manufacturing setting with emphasis on electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to utilize and understand test equipment such as VOM's, current clamps, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic devices.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools.
• Good computer, math and reading skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work any shift, sometimes at short notice.
• Detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis.
