Job Description
The Production Group Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production line operations which include monitoring productivity, personnel and finished goods quality.    
Role Responsibility
Include the following - Other duties may be assigned.
Ability to run simple lines
Ability to know and understand daily production needs
Ability and knowledge to perform all positions on a line
Ability to use production operating systems
Supervisory Responsibilities                              
Directly supervises 10-30 employees in the Production. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints. Motivate group to produce per order on a daily basis.

Education and/or Experience                               
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills                               
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information or issues to the direct supervisor or manager.
Mathematical Skills                                 
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Basic math.
Reasoning Ability                                   
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills                               
Working knowledge of Pick Barcode system.
