Jr. OEM Sales position with an established thermal and acoustical insulation distribution and fabrication company that services the OEM market.
Responsibilities : Learn properties of acoustical and thermal insulation materials, fabrication processes and production calculation estimates, and freight and packaging costs. Present and promote fabrication services and insulation products to prospective OEM customers. Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Base compensation : $50k + commission compensation
- College degree
- Experience in OEM sales
- Proficient in Email/Excel/Word, etc.
- Inside sales position with travel required (10-25% travel)
