The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading the team to deliver remarkable guest service and create enjoyable team member experiences at both dining outlets.
The Restaurant Supervisor job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Inspire others by demonstrating a high level of commitment and energy in all endeavors.
- Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills and act as a positive role model for all Team Members.
- Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on the customer interaction.
- Continuously improve service by evaluating service opportunities using feedback or data, and involving team in service improvements.
- Immediately address service issues and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop highly skilled, successful Team Members, set realistic and measurable service standards and holds Team Members accountable for meeting them.
- Addresses employee performance issues, coaches for improvement and provides ongoing feedback.
- Clearly communicate and enforces company expectations including policies, procedures, department goals and business strategy.
- Consistently follows company policies, procedures and industry regulations, maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, completes performance reviews timely.
